G.F Fire Solutions have been helping customers in Surrey & London since 2013. We endeavour to help you comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. We are qualified professionals who are here to guide you through the process ensuring your property complies with all the legislation.
Fire Risk Assessments simply provide you with a run down of any and all potential fire risks found on your commercial or residential property. We construct a detailed report which will include photographic evidence of the risks found in your building as well as an action plan outlining next steps to take to mitigate your risk.
If we were to find a fire risk, our assessor would highlight the issue with the photographic evidence in the report and recommend a remedial action.
Our fire risk assessors go into a high level of detail when conducting their assessment and putting together their report – looking at risks posed by all sorts of sources such as electrical equipment, heating systems, lighting etc.
At GF Fire solutions we are confident that we offer the best fire risk assessment service available which is down to the way we operate. We use enhanced PAS 79 templates, allowing us to complete our fire risk assessments with great efficiency and great detail, much faster than other companies – and our report turnaround is typically within 24 hours.
After we finish your fire risk assessment, we provide high-quality, clear and easily understood reports with photographic evidence to go alongside it. Our reports are structured for optimal organisation, with all required actions listed at the end of report in an Action Plan.
By using an independent fire risk assessment company, you can rest assured that there will be no conflict of interest as we don’t benefit financially from any of the issues we pick up and include in the action plan.
Once we’ve provided you with your fire risk assessment and report, we provide ongoing support – you can give us a call and ask us any questions about your report or advice on what to do next.
